We offer development of complex building demolition documentation – from conception to commissioning!

We provide administration of construction case processes in the Construction Information System (BIS).

The construction work log is considered the first execution document, which reflects the progress of the work at the object from the beginning to commissioning (work organization, conditions, deadlines, quality of construction works, etc.).

The construction logbook is signed on behalf of the hired legal entity or approved in the construction information system by the relevant construction specialist.

How are buildings classified?

group structures. The simplest buildings – for example, individual industrially made one-story buildings with a built-up area of up to 60m2; single-storey buildings, including sheds and auxiliary buildings, the construction area of which is not larger than 25m2
group structures. Buildings of medium complexity – for example, detached houses, multi-apartment buildings up to five floors, public buildings, production buildings with a total area of up to 1000m2
group structures. Buildings of increased complexity – buildings in which more than 100 people can stay at the same time, large production and warehouse buildings, large infrastructure objects
